RefugeSea is offering dive enthusiasts and adventure seekers unique scuba expeditions aboard a classic American sailing vessel with modern safety, navigation and comfort upgrades. Destinations include: Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, South America & Mexico. We provide sleeping accommodations & multiple dives at multiple destinations along the way. Our trips are for those seeking adventure and memorable experiences.
Expeditioners' experiences: yachting etiquette, passage planning, vessel familiarization, safety briefing, crewing, dive planning, diving, & PADI courses.

Expeditioners' minimum diver requirements: Scuba Diver ( Open Water certification not required)
Expeditioners' health requirements: Able to perform required tasks within reason

Don't forget to bring your C-card and logbook.

If you haven't been diving in a while, it’s recommended that you take a refresher course.

Dive within your boundaries and observe your air and time limits.

For any type of marine activity, good-to-excellent physical condition is recommended.

Bringing your own diving and snorkeling equipment is suggested for a proper fit. Nevertheless, we are happy to rent provide, masks and snorkels.

Always dive with a dive buddy. It's advisable especially during cave exploring, wreck diving and night diving.

To avoid dehydration, drink plenty of fluids, mainly water, and use sunscreen between dives.

Consumption of alcohol and diving do not mix, therefore we recommend that you limit your intake the night before.

Secure regulators and gauges to avoid dangling so they don't damage reefs and marine life.

Observe wildlife from a safe distance.

After your last dive you should avoid flying for at least 24 hours to avoid decompression illness (DCI), also called “the bends.”
